Why am I being asked to confirm my account?

Here are a few possible reasons for this:

1) You have just registered a new account. All new accounts require confirmation to verify that the email address is valid. 

2) You have recently modified your email address in your profile. Whenever you make changes to your email address, you will be asked to confirm it again.

3) The webmaster or membership coordinator has sent the confirmation request to verify the email address.

Your account may be disabled until the email address has been verified.
